For a kid, a playground isn't just a playground. It's their playground, and we wanted to make this one special. After much deliberation, we decided to go back to the same crew that designed the original Wayne playground for us, some 20 years ago. Leathers Associates, from Ithica, N.Y., worked with us to create a custom design based on a very selective group of play connoisseur. Click below to listen in on a brainstorming session. The journey between that plan and the beautiful playground that stands today is one filled with the time, hard work, generosity, and sacrifice of people from Wayne and beyond. There's no way to ever properly thank everyone who made this project come together but, still, thanks.
